If you store your straws with us, we refund up to 75% of the cost of the sperm if you decide not to use it. 

We do not accept returned straws after they have left our facilities. We have full control of the sperm from the time of donation until it is shipped. Once the sperm has left the sperm bank, there is no way for us to keep an eye on it.
